Tri-Star's USAG-Boys Team is open to gymnasts ages 7 and up who have attended at least one year of Pre-Team and are ready to make a full team commitment. Most will begin to compete using the same Level-4 basic routines they learned in Pre-Team and later advance to higher levels as their skills improve. The Boys' Team practices three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. They will generally attend one to two competitions a month during the regular gymnastics season. But men's gymnastics goes all year round, and the boys compete with each other at least as often as they compete with other teams.

Tri-Star now has one of the most comprehensive men's gymnastics training program in the near-west suburbs, and our numbers are constantly growing.
